At present, taste boosters are very widely used in the food industry. In particular, in the production of cooked sausages, canned meat and meat, semi-finished products, salads, instant foods. Also, many ready-made seasonings for soups, sauces, gravy and meat dishes contain monosodium glutamate and ribotide. UTS Group has been supplying taste boosters to the Russian market for many years.
