Since its foundation in 1994, UTS (United Trading System) has continuously developed, becoming the largest and most influential distributor in the Russian and CIS market. Our presence in different geographical regions, our technical services and a wide range of chemical products allow us to offer the first-class services to our customers.

Due to the successful joint work of the entire team for more than two decades, UTS Group has managed to create a highly efficient supply chain from the manufacturers of chemical products to the buyers in Russia and the CIS. We are independently engaged in logistics, customs clearance, transportation and storage in our own warehouses. We also carry out mixing and compounding operations at our logistics complexes in Saint-Petersburg and Moscow. Our warehouse network is an essential part of distribution in the markets of presence and covers wide geographical areas.

Currently, we supply chemical products and raw materials from more than 250 foreign manufacturers. We are official distributors of most of our foreign suppliers and have exclusive rights to supply of many of their chemical products to Russia and the CIS countries. Our offices and warehouses are located in many cities in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Sweden, China and India. The head office and management of the company are located in Saint-Petersburg.

We have 10 modern warehouses at our disposal, which allow to minimize the volume of the customers' stocks and to carry out delivery day to day. We offer good terms of payment to reliable partners. We have five laboratories to support our customers and to introduce new products and solutions. We sell a part of the products with the optimal price to quality ratio under our own brand, having placed production at the best enterprises of Russia, Europe and Asia. All our products are certified in accordance with the applicable legislation.

In Russia, Ukraine and CIS, UTS Group of Companies provides a complete chain of services from logistics and customs clearance to storage in a warehouse and delivery, as well as customer technical support. Keeping close technical and commercial cooperation with our suppliers, we develop our business by increasing the share of our suppliers' products in the chemical market of Russia, Ukraine and the CIS. Our UTS offices in Sweden, China and India are responsible for working with our suppliers, while offices in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Belarus are focused on working with our customers in these countries.

UTS with the headquarters in Saint-Petersburg is responsible for working with enterprises in Russia, Ukraine and the CIS countries and solves the following tasks:

• Study of new opportunities of the world's leading manufacturers of chemical products.
• Settlement of commercial transactions with the customers, establishment and maintenance of long-term mutually beneficial relations.

Lars Hjorth

UTS, with offices in Astorp (Sweden), Shanghai (China) and Vadodara (India), is responsible for working with foreign suppliers and solves the following tasks:

• Search for suppliers of chemical products (together with UTS managers).
• Conclusion of contracts for supply of the goods with the suppliers.
• Formalization and development of official legal relations with the foreign partners.
• Formation of orders for supply of the goods and their payment.
• Delivery of the goods to Russia, Ukraine and the CIS countries (partly with the help of UTS logistics department).
• Delivery of low-tonnage cargoes to a foreign warehouse, assembly of prefabricated containers and their shipment to Russia, Ukraine and the CIS countries.

ACHIEVEMENTS

According to the main indicators — volumes, product range, recognition, service — UTS Group is one of the leaders among the Russian suppliers of chemical products and construction materials. According to the rating of the world's leading chemical distributors by ICIS 2020, UTS (United Trading System) ranks 33 in Europe and 69th in the world.

In 2017 International IMQ Center (Milan, Italy) certified the activity of UTS Group according to ISO 9001:2015 (GOST ISO 9001:2015). Compliance with the standard is an integral part of our company's activities in achieving sustainable development, being a tool for improving the efficiency of the organization as a whole. Certification is confirmed in 2019.

United Trading System Scandinavia AB, responsible for cooperation with foreign suppliers in UTS Group, was awarded the highest AAA rating according to Bisnode credit rating system in 2005-2021.
