Ethylene amines

Ethyleneamines are a class of amine compounds containing ethylene (-CH2CH2-) bonds between the amino groups. Ethyleneamines are key building blocks in the manufacture of products used in a variety of applications. Ethyleneamines are particularly reactive molecules that have the ability to alter the properties of a wide variety of chemicals. Ethyleneamines are used in the manufacture of agricultural products, pulp and paper, paints and coatings, adhesives, oilfields and gas processing, polyurethane catalysts, electronics, and pharmaceuticals and textiles.
