Matrix gelcoats

Matrix gelcoat is a special type of gelcoat coating that is used to create matrices, stain and protect manufactured products from aggressive environmental influences. Matrix gelcoat is available: internal application and external type. Internal matrix gelcoat is used to create matrices (the formation of the first layer on the matrix). After the first layer has cured, resin and fiberglass are applied to the matrix. After detachment of the created product from the matrix, an external type matrix gelcoat can be applied in the factory color or in any color from the RAL catalog. Matrix gelcoats are usually applied to the surface with specialized paint sprayers using a standard spray method for a more uniform coating layer.
