The UTS Group is pleased to announce that on November 24, a series of seminars on global trends in the pectin market took place at our head office.

The event brought together leading experts from the confectionery industry, fruit processing and dairy industry, who gained valuable knowledge about the latest trends and innovations in the production and application of pectins.
A special guest of the seminar was the technical director of Dangshan Haisheng Pectin Co.,Ltd., a company from the top 10 pectin producers in the world.

As part of his presentation, our special guest shared his experience and knowledge about the specifics of pectin production, the features of different types of pectin and the latest technologies in the production and application of pectins in various sectors of the food industry.
The seminar presented the latest marketing data for the launch of ready-made pectin-based food products in Asia, Turkey and the Russian Federation.
