Components of PU systems
Polyurethane elastomers-monolithic polyurethanes having a unique combination of properties - high strength, wear resistance, resistance to shock loads, preserving highly elastic properties in a wide temperature range (from -50C to + 120C). Polyurethane elastomers are used as coatings for pulling and guide shafts in the metallurgical and chemical industries. Due to the increased wear resistance and reduced coefficient of friction, polyurethane elastomers are widely used for the manufacture of gaskets and seals for various purposes. The relatively simple technology for producing products and coatings from polyurethane elastomers (free casting without pressure) allows the use of simpler and cheaper casting molds.
