We are pleased to announce the opening of a warehouse in Dzerzhinsk.

On the one hand, the Nizhny Novgorod region is a large industrial cluster, a center for oil refining, chemical, automotive and other industries. On the other hand, the region is remote from other cities where UTS Group has its own infrastructure. We are opening a warehouse so that both regional and federal customers located in the region can purchase our products on the spot, saving on transportation costs and gaining in efficiency of delivery.

The details of the project in Dzerzhinsk were shared by Andrey Kuzmin, Managing Director of UTS-M, and the organizer of the work of the new branch.

Andrey Sergeevich, what are the tasks of the new unit in Dzerzhinsk?
We are not new to this region, we have good clients and long-term business, but we want to be leaders and try to offer our existing and potential customers additional modern solutions and services.

Are there any special features of the new warehouse? What area?
Our separate division in Dzerzhinsk is a warehouse with a total area of 600 square meters and a small office. The warehouse meets all the necessary safety requirements for the storage of chemical products and is equipped for the implementation of warehouse activities. There is a possibility of loading and unloading both heavy and low-tonnage vehicles.

What chemical products are you planning to focus on?
In the Nizhny Novgorod region and nearby regions, such industries are concentrated as: organic synthesis, production of resins and dispersions, composites, plastics processing, household chemicals and cosmetics, deep oil refining, production of paper, cars, automotive fluids and auto components. For all these industries, our company has modern, highly efficient solutions.

According to our own assessment, the main potential belongs to the Department of General and Specialty Chemicals, the Department of Raw Materials for Coatings and Composites and the Department of Plastics and Rubber. But we will be glad to offer our full range of products to our clients in Dzerzhinsk and Volga Federal District. The products of two more departments of UTS Group which are Department of Food Ingredients and Pharma Raw Materials and Department of Constructions Chemicals will also be available. We will start with our standard nomenclature, which we will expand later. In addition, we have a number of partners and suppliers in Dzerzhinsk. Perhaps we will use the warehouse for deliveries from Russian suppliers.

What are the competitive advantages of the new division in Dzerzhinsk for UTS Group?
Among the main competitive advantages of the new division, I would like to first of all note:

• Proximity to major customers and suppliers of raw materials - thereby increasing the speed of response to customer requests.
• An efficient and faster logistics system, not every client is ready to go to Moscow for a small batch, and the presence of a large number of small and medium customers in this region opens up additional opportunities for us to develop our business. In addition, due to the consolidated delivery of products to the warehouse by heavy-duty transport, our customers will save on logistics.

Are you planning to hire sales managers in the region?
We have already recruited two employees to support the warehouse. We will start working with clients by our Moscow managers. For the future, I do not exclude that we will need managers directly in the region.
